Glasgow Equality Forum
Glasgow Equality Forum (GEF) is a City wide strategic policy forum which brings together representatives of voluntary sector Equality Networks in Glasgow to encourage better co-operation and cross-sector engagement on equality issues. In particular, it aims to support the embedding of equality in Community Planning and service delivery and to provide a conduit for knowledge sharing and partnership working on equality.
GEF has four full member Networks and a number of Associate members. Both full and associate members will nominate a representative with specific equality focussed strategic and policy expertise to participate in the Forum.
The full member Networks are;
Glasgow Disability Alliance
Glasgow Voluntary Sector Race Equality Network (co-ordinated by CRER)

Glasgow Women’s Voluntary Sector Network (co-ordinated by Wise Women)
LGBT Network (co-ordinated by LGBT Health)
Funding for full members is currently provided by Glasgow City HSCP.
